Before
you book
Timing, delivery, changes, weather, additional costs, and payment—kept together for reference.
01Timing & overtime+
Time begins when the photographer and client meet and ends when the shoot is complete. Transfers, breaks, clothing changes, and makeup touch-ups normally count toward the booked time.
Up to 30 minutes beyond the booked time is normally complimentary. At 31–60 minutes, overtime is $600; after the first billable hour, each new 30-minute interval adds $300.
02Files & delivery+
All usable JPEG originals and the selected retouched images are delivered; RAW files are not. Selection happens through a private online gallery, with Google Drive or Google Photos available for final file delivery.
Files are retained for two years. Please download and maintain your own backup of originals and final images within that period.
03Booking, changes & weather+
A 50% deposit confirms the date and is generally non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the shooting day. Client-requested rescheduling requires at least one week's notice.
Thunderstorms, extreme heat, rain or snow, strong wind, or another force majeure condition may be rescheduled without a fee. Ordinary overcast or cloudy weather is not normally a reason to reschedule.
04Add-ons & payment+
Clothing, hair and makeup, transportation, studios or hotels, location fees, tickets, permits, and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly stated. New York full-day car service is $400 for eight hours, includes transfers, and should be booked one to two weeks ahead.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card through a Chase payment link.

Booking & timing
Hair and makeup usually takes 1.5–2 hours. You contact, book, confirm details, and pay MUYSTUDIO directly; I coordinate the timing with your shoot.
Before you arrive
Wash and fully dry your hair the night before, avoid eyelash extensions, send an unfiltered front-facing photo and references, and disclose allergies. Arrive without makeup or sunscreen after basic skincare and wear a front-opening top. If no follow-up artist is booked, bring powder and lipstick.
Outside New York
New York prices do not automatically apply in other cities. Share the city and date first, then request a local recommendation or quote.
