02 / Integrated Production

Full Day

$6,500

An integrated production package—not just longer shooting time.

Before the shoot, we plan styling, locations, timing, and props together. On the day, hair and makeup are completed at the SoHo studio before we leave on the confirmed route; the driver handles transfers. Touch-ups, outfit changes, meals, and breaks are built into the schedule.

Included in Full Day

  • Professional hair and makeup for two, plus on-set touch-up support.
  • Two bridal dress rentals; menswear is not included.
  • A bridal headpiece, veil, and bouquet.
  • Eight-hour, seven-seat vehicle service for the agreed route.
  • Location planning and assistance with venues that require advance booking.
Operational details

Base hair and makeup takes approximately 1.5–2 hours and does not count toward the advertised shooting time. Shooting begins after base hair and makeup is complete and ends no later than seven shooting hours later. Transfers, breaks, dress changes, touch-ups, and look changes after that point are part of the shooting time.

Clients travel to the SoHo makeup studio independently in the morning. The vehicle begins service after hair and makeup, covers the agreed shooting-day transfers, and provides the final drop-off. About one vehicle hour is reserved for normal return traffic; normal traffic required for the agreed drop-off does not create a vehicle-overtime charge.

Drop-off within New York City's five boroughs is included. A destination outside the five boroughs may add travel cost according to the actual route.

A studio may be selected, but studio rental, permits, tickets, hotel or location fees, and other third-party costs remain separate unless explicitly stated.

The photographer coordinates and settles the included Full Day makeup workflow. Hair and makeup and on-set touch-ups may be performed by different studio staff.

03 / Questions & Policies

Before
we begin

Booking, weather, preparation, the shoot itself, and what happens afterward.

01How to book

Every session begins with a conversation about the images you are drawn to, the people involved, and the places that matter to you. From there, we choose the most suitable session, add any optional services, and confirm a date that works for everyone.

Once the date is reserved, I will help refine the route and practical details before the shoot. The remaining balance is settled on the shooting day; originals, selection, and retouched delivery then follow the schedule described in this guide.

02When should we book?

Booking one to two months ahead is recommended. Popular New York landmarks are generally calmer on weekdays. Once the date is confirmed, car service or independent hair and makeup should be reserved one to two weeks ahead.

03Date and payment

A 50% deposit confirms the date and is generally non-refundable; the remaining balance is due on the shooting day. A couples or bridal reservation remains valid for up to one year. If you need to reschedule, please give at least one week's notice. No separate rescheduling fee is charged within the validity period, although a later price increase will be applied at the rate current on the new shooting date.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card through a Chase payment link.

04Weather

Sessions affected by thunderstorms, extreme heat, rain or snow, strong wind, or another force majeure condition may be rescheduled without a fee. Ordinary overcast or cloudy weather is not normally a reason to reschedule, as soft light is often especially flattering. If a rainy atmosphere is part of the intention, it can also be planned for safely.

05Shooting time

For standard sessions, time begins when the photographer and clients meet and ends when the shoot is complete. Transfers, breaks, clothing changes, and makeup touch-ups normally count toward the booked time. Up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time is generally complimentary; 31–60 minutes is charged at $800, and every additional 30-minute interval after the first billable hour is $400. Full Day has a maximum of seven shooting hours and does not offer overtime.

06Style references

You are welcome to send references that genuinely resonate with you. They may come from Instagram or Xiaohongshu, a film, an everyday photograph, a personal story, or simply a few words describing the atmosphere you have in mind.

References help me understand mood, rhythm, and visual preference; they are not a promise to reproduce another image exactly. If you are unsure what suits you, I will recommend a direction based on who you are, where we shoot, and how you naturally move together.

07Clothing and props

Clothing should feel natural to you and belong to the setting. Coordinated tones, natural textures, and restrained color usually photograph well, while large logos and fluorescent colors are more difficult to integrate. Clothing is not included with standard sessions.

If you would like to bring props, consider an umbrella, an instant camera, food, flowers, or another object connected to your shared life.

08Choosing locations

A location plan may begin with the CHENZHE_NYC route map, a place from your own life, or simply an atmosphere you want to preserve. I will develop it into a practical route that accounts for light and travel time.

Indoor options may include your home or accommodation, or a space rented independently through Peerspace or Giggster. Rental, permit, admission, hotel, and other location fees are charged separately.

09Do we need to pose?

You do not need to know how to pose. I will offer direction when it is useful, invite you to move when movement feels more honest, and leave space when a moment needs to unfold on its own.

The first twenty minutes may feel unfamiliar, and that is entirely normal. The strongest photographs often begin after everyone stops trying to produce a photograph and settles into the experience itself.

10Selection and delivery

All usable high-resolution JPEG originals are delivered within three days after the shoot through Google Drive or Google Photos. Baidu Netdisk is available for clients in mainland China.

You may choose your favorites in a private online gallery, or ask me to make the final selection. The retouched images included with your session are delivered within 4–6 weeks. Three-day rush retouching is available for $400, and additional retouching is $20 per image.

RAW files are not delivered. Files are retained for two years, so please download and maintain your own backup of both the original JPEG files and the final retouched images.

04 / Styling & Wardrobe

Styling,
in context

Styling supports the photograph; it should never become louder than the people wearing it.
